Owners Austin and Sam started this gym in February 2022 with one clear goal: to become a gym that Chattanooga lifters deserve. Catering to those that are more serious about their lifting, but open to everyone regardless of experience, Iron HQ is a hybrid gym that can cater to any type of weightlifting sport (like powerlifting, bodybuilding, or strongman) or style.
