Yes! We are open all day, everyday including holidays.

Can I sign up online?

Yes! You can visit our website anytime to purchase a day pass or membership.

Do you guys offer day passes or free trials?

We do offer day passes for $15, a 3 day pass for $25, and a week pass for $40. Any of these options can be purchased at anytime through our website.

At this time we do not offer free trials.

Are there showers/locker rooms?

Yes! There are 2 showers in each locker room as well as small lockers to hold anything you don’t want to carry around. There is also a small vanity room for the women to get ready in if needed.

Can I carry my bag around the gym with me?

Yes! As long as it’s not in the middle of the walkways or sitting on a piece of equipment that others need to use, you can keep your bag with you on the gym floor.
